There's a third way, and it's the one we describe here: a party at a masseria, with the garden, the grill going, and nobody switching off the music at midnight.

There's one difference, and it changes everything: exclusive use. The property is reserved for your party — no other tables, no events in the room next door, no imposed schedules. Concretely:

• The garden for the aperitivo, the buffet and cutting the cake under the stars;
• The vaulted hall in Lecce stone (55 m², up to 35 seated, 50 standing) for dinner and quieter moments — and if it rains, the party is safe;
