Agencies have the activities but not the house; resorts have the house but sell to fifty people and up. Masseria Montanari, in Carpignano Salentino, 25 minutes from Lecce, is the third way: a 1700s masseria all for one team, with the working room, the garden, the table, the rooms and the activities in the same place.
It works for teams of 8 to 35 who want to work well and really get to know each other: offsite meetings, training, team building, multi-day offsites with 16 sleeping places. You come for an evening or a week, and go home with something to tell.
We do not sell a catalogue of activities: we start from three intensities and build the rest around you. Prices are indicative, per person, meals included.

From there we choose the activities and tie them with a theme that speaks of you: for an energy company, energy; for a studio, the project; for a sales team, trust.
The place does the rest: the vaulted hall for working, the garden and the olive trees for outdoor activities, the fire for the evening. And two in-house practices no other venue in Salento can offer: the team breathing session led by Davide and the wellbeing moment at sunset. It is the difference between a nice day and one people remember.
Activities are led by facilitators the masseria works with and coordinated by Davide, who follows every group from the first email to the end of the day. The murder-mystery script is written from scratch each time, around your group.
The programme changes with the group and the guiding theme. This is a typical day for a team of 15.

Not a fixed catalogue: activities are chosen around your goal and linked by a guiding theme. The families are communication, trust, collaboration, problem solving, creativity and wellbeing; among the most requested are the murder-mystery dinner with a tailor-made script, Salento cooking by the fire and the team breathing session led by Davide, the in-house practice no other venue offers.
The format works best from 8 to 35 people (up to 50 standing in the hall, 200 outdoors); 16 sleeping places for overnight stays. Two weeks are enough for an evening; for a Full Experience with a tailor-made script allow three to four weeks. Spring and autumn are the busiest periods.
The masseria is in Carpignano Salentino: 25 minutes from Lecce, 20 from Otranto and Maglie, 60 from Brindisi airport, 90 from Bari. Parking for cars and minibuses in the courtyard; transfers from your office or the airport can be arranged.
