At Masseria Montanari, in the silence of the Salento countryside, we created a space dedicated to listening to yourself through Reiki, astrology and practices of conscious wellbeing. Sessions are held by Valentina, fourth-level Reiki Master and astrology consultant, in the stone vaulted hall of the masseria or online.
The first sessions are about to open.
We spend most of our days doing. Thinking. Deciding. Answering. Then a moment comes when you feel the need to stop. Reiki and astrology offer two different ways to do it.
Reiki brings attention to the body, the breath, the silence. Astrology turns the gaze to your own story, through the symbolic reading of the natal chart. Two different languages. The same wish: to know yourself a little better.
You lie down, dressed, in the quiet of the vaulted hall. Valentina accompanies the session through the touch of the hands and work on the energy centres according to Reiki practice. You do not have to do anything. You can simply be. Some people describe warmth, relaxation, lightness or a greater quiet. No knowledge of Reiki or previous experience is needed.

During the reading we go through it together: planets, signs, houses and aspects become prompts to observe inclinations, dynamics and recurring themes of your experience. It is not a horoscope. It is a conversation built around you. The reading lasts about 75-90 minutes, in person at the masseria or online. You also receive your natal chart.

The hall of Masseria Montanari is a gathered space in Lecce stone. Light comes in through the windows. Outside are the olive trees and the countryside of the Grecìa Salentina. Inside, the noise fades. This is where Reiki sessions and in-person meetings take place.
For those coming from afar, the masseria also offers the chance to stay overnight. A session can become a longer pause. A day. A weekend.

You stay dressed, usually lying down. The session takes place in a quiet setting and lasts about an hour. Some people report warmth, relaxation or quiet; the experience is subjective.
